Job summary

Destination Pet LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents and their furry guests with a 5-star experience. You will handle phones, tours, and service sales while maintaining safety through up-to-date vaccinations on file.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Solid communication chops—phone, in-person, email.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs; provide friendly service.
• Answering phones with a smile and multitasking effectively.
• Touring new clients and explaining services offered.
• Ensuring vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs with care and accuracy.
• Handling cash, cards, and end-of-day balance.
