Job summary

Destination Pet Barkefellers-Westfield is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs, answer phones, and guide visitors through the facility with warmth.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, promote services, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs as the friendly face of Destination Pet Barkefellers-Westfield.
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking across tasks.
• Touring new clients through the facility and promoting services to keep tails wagging.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety and compliance.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Handling cash and card transactions and balancing the end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism to protect guest experiences.
