Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and VIP pets with a welcoming attitude.
• Answer phones with a smile and route inquiries appropriately.
• Tour new clients through the facility and promote services.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and cash/card transactions accurately.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
