Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative at our Charlotte location to welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs. If you love pets, enjoy multitasking, and can juggle phones, check-ins, and retail services, this is your moment.

You will answer calls, tour new clients, promote services, and balance daily transactions while keeping the lobby tidy. Availability on evenings and weekends helps our packed pack deliver top-notch care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail.
• Solid communication across phone, in person, and email.
• Ability to use multi-line phones and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs.
• Answering phones with a smile and multitasking.
• Touring new clients and selling services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pet guests to and from enclosures with care.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming.
• Jumping in to support other team members when needed.
