Job summary

Destination Pet Westfield is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet clients and their pets, answer calls, and guide tours of the facility. You will promote services, verify vaccination records, and process check-ins/check-outs while keeping the lobby neat and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for pets, and the ability to multitask on multi-line phones and computer systems. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for phone, in-person and email.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their pets with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and assist customers efficiently while multitasking.
• Tour facility to new clients and promote services.
• Ensure vaccination records are up to date and accurate.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and handle cash and cards.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism; maintain lobby cleanliness.
• Assist other team members as needed to deliver great guest experiences.
