Destination Pet, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Westfield, IN. This role greets pet parents and their companions, answers calls, guides tours of the facility, and promotes available services to ensure tails stay wagging.

Responsibilities include vaccination verification, efficient check-ins/outs, cash handling, and courteous problem resolution while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby for every guest and their pet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one weekend shift on either Saturday or Sunday required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with pets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs like they just walked into a 5-star resort (but with more shedding).
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking effectively.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the end-of-day drawer.
