Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative at K9 Coach to welcome pet parents and their pets, manage phones, and guide clients through facility services.

You will be on your feet, juggle multiple tasks, and help ensure a smooth client experience from check-in to checkout. Prior customer service and a passion for pets are highly valued, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills (phone, in-person, email).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and their pets in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones and manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• Tour facility and upsell services to keep tails wagging and clients informed.
• Verify vaccination records and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Check-in/check-out with accuracy and courtesy; balance cash as needed.
• Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
