You will greet pet families, answer calls, and guide clients through services while ensuring safety and cleanliness. The role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, physical stamina, and a passion for pets.

Qualifications

• Welcomes pet parents and VIPs like a 5-star resort, with friendly service.
• Answers phones with a smile and multitasks efficiently.
• Tours new clients and sells services that keep tails wagging.
• Keeps vaccinations on file for safety and compliance.
• Manages check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and personal touch.
• Handles cash and cards and balances the cash drawer at day end.
• Responds to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• escorts pet guests to/from enclosures with care.
• Keeps the lobby clean, welcoming, and ready for first impressions.
• Supports other team members when needed.
