Qualifications

• Must be a people-person and pet-person.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Solid communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and their pets at check-in and check-out.
• Answer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor and multi-task as needed.
• Tour new clients through the facility and explain available services.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records on file for safety.
