Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across phone, in-person, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their pets as the friendly face of the center.
• Answer phones with a smile and multitask effectively.
• Tour clients through the facility and promote services.
• Ensure vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Check-in/out with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
