Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Pet Palace Pittsburgh location. You will greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide clients through the facility while promoting our services and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality experience.

We value friendly, professional staff with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a love for pets. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with physical duties including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes pet parents and their pets with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answers phone inquiries and assists customers via phone, in person, and email.
• Tours clients through the facility and promotes services to keep tails wagging.
• Maintains up-to-date vaccination records on file to ensure safety.
• Manages check-ins/outs and handles cash and balance at end of day.
