Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Strong communication across phone, in person, and email.
• Comfort with multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their VIPs at check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones with a friendly smile and assist customers.
• Tour facilities and explain services that keep tails wagging.
• Ensure vaccines and records are up to date.
• Handle cash, cards, and balance the end-of-day drawer.
• Support team members and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.
