Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and guide clients through our facility with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will help with check-ins/outs, upsell services, and keep the lobby tidy while balancing cash and assisting teammates. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays are required, with room for growth in a pet-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs with a friendly, professional vibe.
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking effectively.
• Touring new clients through the facility and upselling services.
• Ensuring check-ins and check-outs run smoothly.
• Handling cash and balancing the end-of-day drawer with care.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and assisting teammates as needed.
