Neiman Marcus in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and execute localized growth strategies for elite client segments across store and market levels. You will lead Sales Associates to cultivate long-term relationships, driving client acquisition, retention, and tier migration using data-driven insights and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail or premium client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Luxury Brand Management.
• Experience coaching and motivating sales teams.
• Advanced analytical and business acumen; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• "Win together" mentality; strong collaboration.
• Retail schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to navigate a luxury store environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage MVC portfolios to grow retention and spend migration.
• Deploy tactical roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into store strategies.
• Lead roll-out of Client Development programs with leadership.
• Champion Connect app and CRM tools; coach Associates.
• Identify high-potential VIP clients for PCR programs.
• Integrate clienteling objectives into in-store events.
• Engage high-value clients during activations.
