Qualifications

• 4–7 years of luxury retail or premium client relations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
• Proven coaching and motivation of independent sales professionals.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate dashboards into actions.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with high-net-worth individuals.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage MVC portfolios and design high-touch retention strategies.
• Own and deploy the tactical roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs.
• Monitor clienteling KPIs and translate insights into operational directives.
• Lead store-wide Client Development programs with leadership teams.
• Champion the Connect app and coaching on digital insights.
• Identify high-potential clients for PCR programs and VIP experiences.
• Integrate clienteling objectives into in-store activations and VIP events.
• Engage high-value clients during activations and support sales teams.
