Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail or client services.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong data interpretation and KPI-driven decision making.
• Experience presenting at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans for store events and execute them with cross-functional teams.
• Manage calendars, budgets, communications, and reporting for events.
• Build season strategies to support business and brand marketing.
• Drive client relationship initiatives and MVC health in partnership with leadership.
