Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
• Experience coaching and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals.
• Advanced analytical skills; translating data dashboards into actionable directives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage MVC portfolios; design high-touch retention and growth strategies.
• Drive client development KPIs; align with Brand Experience on events.
• Monitor store clienteling metrics; translate insights into actions.
• Lead rollout of corporate Client Development programs with leadership.
• Champion the Connect app and CRM tooling; coach teams on insights.
• Elevate VIP experiences and Private Client Relations programs.
• Support sales teams during activations and high-value transactions.
