Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and execute localized growth strategies for targeted client segments. You will lead Sales Associates to cultivate long‑term relationships, maximize client lifetime value, and drive brand loyalty across all channels.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in luxury retail or premium client relations, plus a Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
Experience coaching, training, and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals.
Advanced analytical and business acumen with Excel proficiency and translating dashboards into action.

Responsibilities

Manage Top‑Tier Portfolios: MVC retention, spend migration and portfolio growth.
Drive Client Development Strategy: deploy roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs.
Analyze and Optimize KPIs: monitor clienteling metrics and address gaps.
Lead Store‑Wide Initiatives: roll out corporate Client Development programs.
Champion Clienteling Technology: lead Connect app and CRM adoption with staff.
Elevate VIP Experiences: identify high‑potential clients for PCR programs.
Enhance In‑Store Activations: integrate clienteling with events and VIP trunk shows.
Engage High‑Value Clients: interact during key activations to close high‑value sales.
