Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a premier luxury retailer, seeks a Client Relationship Lead to drive growth for targeted client segments at the store level. You will cultivate relationships with clients, support development efforts, and deploy strategies in collaboration with Brand Experience to hit KPIs.

You will engage with top clients, oversee VIP programs, and coordinate in-store experiences while leveraging Connect to deepen connections across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and results driven.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office; advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the top % MVC clients within the Store and/or Market.
• Cultivate relationships with all client segments within the store/market.
• Engage directly with clients in support of client development efforts.
• Develop and deploy tactics to achieve Client Development KPIs in-store or market with Brand Experience.
• Oversee MVC clients and strategies for retention, migration and growth.
• Monitor Client Development KPIs (trips, spending tiers, engagement) for two-channel customers.
• Lead Client Development initiatives in-store or market with Store Leadership Team.
• Leverage the Connect app to deepen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with top clients for PCR programs and experiences.
• Coordinate in-store experiences with Brand Experience (e.g., Fitting Room, events).
