Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and execute localized growth strategies for elite client segments. You will lead Sales Associates, drive retention and spend migration, and act as a strategic anchor for client acquisition across shopping channels.

With 4–7 years in luxury retail, you will coach teams, analyze KPIs, and leverage Connect CRM tools to deepen client relationships and elevate VIP experiences. Flexibility to work retail hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail or premium client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
• Experience coaching, training, and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals.
• Advanced analytical and business acumen, with strong Excel proficiency and the ability to translate dashboards into directives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-touch MVC client strategies at store and market levels.
• Own and deploy the tactical roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor clienteling KPIs and translate data into actionable store strategies.
• Lead rollout of corporate Client Development programs with Store Leadership and Brand Experience teams.
• Champion the Connect app and CRM software, coaching Associates on digital insights.
• Elevate VIP experiences by identifying high-potential clients for PCR programs.
• Enhance in-store activations by partnering with Brand Experience for events and trunk shows.
• Engage high-value clients during activations to support sales teams in closing big transactions.
