Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and lead localized growth strategies, empower Sales Associates, and drive client acquisition, retention, and tier migration across channels.

You will rally teams, champion clienteling tech like Connect app and CRM, analyze KPIs, and coordinate with Brand Experience and store leadership to deliver elite VIP experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations with a proven CRM program track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
• Experience coaching, training, and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals.
• Advanced analytical ability and proficiency in translating dashboards into actionable directives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Top‑Tier Portfolios: serve as the market expert on MVC and design high‑touch retention and growth strategies.
• Drive Client Development Strategy: deploy tactical roadmap to achieve KPI targets with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analyze and optimize KPIs: monitor clienteling metrics and translate data into revenue opportunities.
• Lead store-wide initiatives: roll out corporate Client Development programs in partnership with leadership teams.
• Champion clienteling technology: coach teams on Connect app and CRM systems to deepen client relationships.
• Elevate VIP experiences: identify high-potential clients for Exclusive PCR programs.
• Enhance in-store activations: align clienteling objectives with events and VIP trunk shows.
• Engage high-value clients: interact directly with top-tier clients during activations to aid sales.
