Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of luxury retail experience preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the top percent MVC clients within the Store and/or Market.
• Cultivate relationships with all client segments within the store/market.
• Engage directly with clients to support client development efforts.
• Develop tactics to achieve Client Development KPIs with Brand Experience.
• Oversee MVC clients and strategies that support retention, migration, and growth.
• Monitor Client Development KPIs (trips frequency, spend tiers, engagement) for two-channel customers.
