DraftKings, a NASDAQ-listed technology company, is seeking a VIP Lifecycle Associate to craft unforgettable experiences for high-potential VIP customers and strengthen long-term loyalty. You will engage across channels, evaluate VIP potential, and help optimize onboarding to enhance the customer journey.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a client-facing role, plus an analytical, adaptable mindset, travel willingness, and licensing readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Analytical and solutions-focused mindset to achieve results for our customers.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high-potential customers through a variety of communication channels while creating strong, authentic relationships.
• Effectively evaluate a customer's potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program.
• Assist in developing and optimizing strategies for customer engagement and qualification.
• Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process that will continue to promote a positive customer experience.
• Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.
