Job summary

DraftKings seeks a VIP Host to cultivate strong relationships with our most engaged players and execute daily VIP strategy. You will manage player communications, events, and escalations, while expanding offerings and promotions to boost loyalty and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
3+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions.
Thorough understanding of Sports Betting markets.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Create new revenue by developing strong, authentic player relationships.
Manage the player relationship through events, communications, and escalation responses.
Maintain market understanding and offer new games, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
Lead player reactivation to increase engagement.
Collect player feedback to support platform improvements.
Ensure compliance with all VIP and responsible gaming policies.
