Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Strong problem-solving and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with premier players and build loyalty.
• Drive VIP sales metrics and revenue through proactive strategies.
• Adhere to VIP policies including responsible gaming guidelines.
• Analyze data to identify trends and maximize player performance.
• Offer solution-based recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in escalation processes and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
