Job summary

DraftKings seeks a VIP New Business Executive to streamline onboarding and acquisition of high-value players. You will prospect, source, and nurture VIP relationships; develop regional events and go-to-market strategies; and drive revenue while upholding responsible gaming policies.

You will travel as needed, work nights and weekends, and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation includes base pay, bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts.
• Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with pre-existing relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Commission-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region.
• Ideate, create, and execute regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events.
• Implement a localized go-to-market strategy and develop VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
• Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits.
• Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while adhering to VIP policies including responsible gaming.
• Create a Player experience that drives brand advocacy.
