Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales, Account Management or customer-facing role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Analytical mindset to leverage data and trends for decisions.
Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
Must obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsibilities

Create new business revenue by building strong, authentic player relationships.
Manage the relationship through events, communications, and escalation responses.
Maintain market understanding and propose new games, promotions, channels and platforms.
Collect player feedback to support platform improvements and opportunities.
Adhere to VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
