Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Host to create personalized experiences for premium players and drive revenue growth. You will maintain a high-energy presence on the casino floor, build lasting guest relationships, and manage communications across departments to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role supports a strategy of increasing rated play, loyalty, and high-value visits while upholding exceptional service standards in a lively gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED; a 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2–5 years in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
• Casino license per Maryland regulations must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Works with Management within budget for premium-rated players and VIP promotions.
• Maintains visibility on the casino floor to meet guests during visits and events.
• Develops trust and confidence in player development hosts to ensure a favorable gaming experience.
• Evaluate customer play for comps and opportunities; issue comps as needed.
• Coordinate communications between guests and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Review activities and status with the Director/VP of Player Development.
