Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia in Maryland is seeking a VIP Host to build lasting guest relationships in high-limit areas and across the casino floor. You will deliver personalized service and promote the Live! Reward Club to encourage loyalty and return visits.

The role focuses on hospitality, analytical thinking, and professional interaction with premium guests, including handling special requests and maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer service, marketing, hospitality management, and/or gaming.
• 2+ years of direct customer interaction experience.
• Flexible with work schedule; may require extended hours.
• License as required by Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Interact and build relationships with guests, focusing in higher denomination zones.
• Explain Live! Reward Club benefits and enroll guests.
• Grow revenues annually in line with property plan and cross-property goals.
• Respond to guests' complimentary requests and apply policy-driven decisions.
• Develop personalized relationships with guests and monitor activity per policy.
• Execute complimentary decisions for off-site suites and event tickets per policy.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure a positive outcome.
• Assist with planning and execution of parties, promotions, events and tournaments.
• Maintain compliance with Internal Controls and regulations.
• Extend complimentary per the property comp matrix.
