PENN Entertainment is seeking a Casino Host to resolve guest opportunities and build lasting relationships with players on the casino floor. You will drive loyalty and repeat business while coordinating hospitality, rooms, and events as needed.

The role requires strong customer service skills, English fluency, and familiarity with Salesforce CMS. This position emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Casino Guest Service experience (Player Development, Slots, or Table Games).
• 1 year hosting experience preferred with strong customer following.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Assists in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints in a fair manner.
• Develops relationships with players to grow customer base and increase revenue through retention and repeat business.
• Attracts and manages customers on the casino floor, coordinating hospitality arrangements as needed.
• Leads enrollment for the player rewards program and promotes its benefits.
• Maintains confidentiality of patron information and reports issues to management.
• Utilizes Salesforce (CMS) for tracking contacts, preferences, and tasks; reviews metrics with manager.
