Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Host to create personalized experiences for high-value guests, drive revenue growth, and strengthen loyalty.

You will be a visible ambassador, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored services that increase rated play and guest satisfaction. The role involves managing promos, coordinating cross-department communication, and supervising hosts in a high-energy, 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in customer service, marketing, hospitality management, and/or gaming.
• 2–4 years in casino marketing with direct customer contact.
• Must obtain and maintain Maryland license as mandated.

Responsibilities

• Works with management within budget for premium-rated players and VIP promotions.
• Maintains visibility on the casino floor to meet and greet guests during visits and events.
• Develops trust to ensure favorable experiences with player development hosts.
• Evaluates customers’ play for comping needs.
• Issues comps and complimentary items per property comp matrix, as authorized.
• Coordinates communications between guests and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates and implements player promotional plans, processes, and programs.
• Reviews activities and promotional status with the Director/Vice President of Player Development.
