Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking an Executive Host to create personalized experiences for our valued guests, drive revenue, and strengthen loyalty.

As a visible ambassador on the casino floor, you’ll build lasting relationships and tailor services to high-value players. You’ll manage VIP promotions, coordinate communications with departments, and lead the Host team while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
• 2–4 years in casino marketing with direct customer contact.
• Must obtain and maintain Maryland license per MGCA.

Responsibilities

• Works with Management within budget for premium-rated players and VIP promotions.
• Maintains visibility on the casino floor to greet guests during visits and events.
• Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience through developing trust with players.
• Evaluate customer’s play for comping needs.
• Issues comps and complimentary items per property matrix.
• Responsible for managing and increasing rated play.
• Communicate with premium/rated players about services, promotions, and events.
• Coordinates lines of communication between guests and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates and implements player promotional plans, processes, and programs.
• Review activities and promotional status with the Director/Vice President of Player Development.
• Meet with departmental director and managers as necessary.
• Supervise Casino Hosts.
