Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Casino Host to deliver exceptional service to VIP players in high-limit areas and around the casino, ensuring a premier gaming experience. The role focuses on building lasting guest relationships and coordinating personalized service.

You will promote the Player’s Reward Club, handle guest requests, and plan events, while applying company policies and regulatory requirements to sustain guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
• Direct interaction with customers required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, focusing on high denomination zones to build relationships.
• Explain benefits of the Player’s Reward Club and enroll members.
• Respond to guest requests and manage compliant, profitable complimentary decisions.
• Develop personalized guest relationships and monitor activity for guest retention.
• Plan and execute parties, promotions, events and tournaments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Handle guest complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
