Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a VIP Host to manage top players and drive loyalty through personalized experiences. You’ll execute day-to-day VIP strategies, cultivate relationships, and deliver world-class service to a highly engaged player base.

The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a willingness to travel, including occasional nights and weekends. US base salary details and bonus eligibility are provided in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• 3+ years in Sales, Account Management or customer-facing role.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• State Gaming Licenses must be obtainable/maintained.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by building strong, authentic player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the player relationship via local events, communications, and escalations.
• Maintain market understanding and proactively offer new games, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to drive platform improvements and opportunities.
• Adhere to VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
