DraftKings is seeking a VIP Host to cultivate relationships with our top players and execute the day-to-day strategy of our VIP engagement program. You will build authentic, long-term relationships, manage communications, and drive loyalty through events and personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel and obtain state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by developing strong player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of player relationships through events, communications, and escalations.
• Understand the market and offer new games, promotions, channels, and platforms.
• Gather player feedback to improve the platform and identify opportunities.
• Adhere to VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
