DraftKings, a digital sports entertainment and gaming company headquartered in Boston, is seeking a VIP Host to forge relationships with our most engaged players and drive loyalty through events and personalized outreach. You will manage player interactions, present new game offerings and promotions, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Travel and occasional night/weekend work are required. Base US salary ranges from 68,000 to 85,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits;

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years in Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Ability to obtain State Gaming Licenses as required.

Responsabilidades

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain understanding of the market while providing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with VIP policies including responsible gaming.
