DraftKings Inc. is seeking a Player Development Executive to grow and strengthen relationships with our premier VIP players. You will drive engagement and long‑term loyalty through high‑touch service, proactive sales strategies, and data‑driven insights across teams.

In this role, you’ll identify opportunities, monitor performance, and deliver the signature VIP experience. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
• Passion for delivering outstanding player experiences and solving problems.
• Proven ability to identify and implement strategies that improve revenue and efficiency.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state gaming licenses.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with premier players by delivering personalized service that builds engagement and loyalty.
• Drive VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.
• Use customer and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize player performance.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance the VIP experience.
• Follow all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
• Manage customer escalations in partnership with internal teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.
