DraftKings is seeking a VIP Services Representative to deliver best-in-class support to our premier players from a remote US-based team. You will execute the day-to-day VIP engagement strategy, tailoring experiences and offers to strengthen loyalty while maintaining regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, at least 1 year in sales or account management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel and work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick, confident decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends; ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming License.

• Participate in customer events to showcase promotions and drive engagement.
• Distribute the promotional budget among VIP players within policy guidelines.
• Champion best-in-class customer experiences and foster loyalty.
• Adhere to VIP policies, guidelines, and responsible gaming requirements.
