Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 3+ years in Sales/account management or customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Must obtain required state gaming and financial licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic customer relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new promotions to customers.
• Compile customer feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
• Execute against VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible trading policies.
