DraftKings is seeking a VIP Host to forge strong relationships with our most engaged customers and drive revenue through authentic, trusted interactions. You will manage the full player relationship via events, communications, and timely escalation, while staying attuned to market dynamics and promotional opportunities that enhance loyalty.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, plus a collaborative, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted customers relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new promotions to customers.
• Compile customer feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
• Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible trading policies.
