DraftKings is seeking a VIP Host to build and cultivate strong relationships with our most engaged players, directing the VIP program to deliver a world-class experience and foster brand advocacy.

In this fast-paced role you will grow revenue through trusted relationships, manage player interactions at events and channels, identify market opportunities, gather feedback for platform improvements, and ensure VIP policy compliance and responsible gaming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales/Account Management or similar.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Ability to obtain state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue by developing strong player relationships.
• Manage relationships via events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Understand market and propose new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Collect player feedback to improve the platform.
• Enforce VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
