Job summary

DraftKings Inc. in the United States is seeking a VIP Host to forge relationships with our most engaged players and run the day-to-day VIP engagement program, delivering world-class experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy.

You will create revenue, manage relationships via events and communications, and stay ahead of market opportunities, while complying with VIP policies and responsible gaming. Requires travel, availability for nights/weekends, and the ability to obtain state gaming licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to act on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with players through local events, communications, and escalations.
• Maintain understanding of the market and proactively offer new games, promotions, channels, and platforms.
• Gather player feedback to support platform improvements and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
