You will forge authentic relationships and drive revenue through events and regular communications, while upholding policies and responsible gaming guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsabilités

• Create new business revenue by developing strong, authentic player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through events, communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain understanding of the market and proactively provide new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Execute against VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
