Job summary

DraftKings Inc. is seeking a VIP Host to forge and cultivate relationships with our most engaged players and drive premium engagement.

You’ll execute the day-to-day strategy of our VIP program to build authentic, trusted relationships and deliver a world‑class experience that drives strong brand advocacy. With at least 3 years in sales or a customer-facing role, you’ll contribute to revenue growth while coordinating events, communications, and escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the day-to-day VIP engagement strategy to grow revenue and loyalty.
• Manage all aspects of the player relationship through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Keep abreast of market trends and offer new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Enforce VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
