DraftKings is seeking a VIP Host to forge and cultivate relationships with our most engaged players, executing the day-to-day strategy of our VIP engagement program to understand players' needs and drive loyalty. You will manage all aspects of player relationships through local events, communications, and escalation responses, while promoting new game offerings, promotions, and platforms.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in sales or account management,

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and data-driven decisions.

• Create new business revenue by developing strong, authentic player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the player relationship through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
