Job summary

DraftKings is hiring a Player Development Executive to grow and tighten relationships with our premier VIP players. You will drive net revenue through proactive sales strategies while delivering a high-touch experience that builds engagement and loyalty across teams, guided by customer insights and performance data.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with premier players by delivering personalized service that builds engagement and loyalty.
Drive key VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.
Use customer and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize player performance.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance the VIP experience.
Follow all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
Manage customer escalations in partnership with internal teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.
