Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Casino Host to deliver premier customer service to VIP players and guests in high‑limit areas. The role centers on building relationships, ensuring a favorable gaming experience, and supporting guest retention and repeat business.

You will interact with guests, explain the Player’s Reward Club benefits, handle requests within policy, and coordinate events while adhering to regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
• Two years of experience in direct interaction with customers.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and build relationships, focusing on high-denomination zones.
• Explain the benefits of the Player’s Reward Club and encourage enrollment.
• Respond to special requests and make sound, profitable decisions within policies.
• Develop personalized guest relationships and monitor complimentary use per policy.
• Execute complimentary decisions for guests in line with company guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure a positive outcome.
• Assist with planning events, promotions and tournaments.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulations.
