Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a VIP Host to provide exceptional customer service to VIP players and high denomination guests across the casino. You will ensure top-tier service and assist with guest functions to drive retention and repeat business.

In this role, you will build lasting relationships, explain rewards benefits, and help attendees enjoy a premium gaming experience while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent in customer service.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Professional, mature, positive demeanor in guest interactions.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests, concentrating in the higher denomination zones.
• Explain the benefits of the Live! Reward Club and enroll guests.
• Grows actual revenues annually, consistent with property plan and goals.
• Respond to guests' special requests and manage them per policies.
• Develop and sustain personalized relationships and guest activity.
• Assist with planning and execution of parties, promotions, events and tournaments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
