Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking an Executive Host to drive premium guest experiences, build lasting relationships, and support revenue growth. As a visible ambassador, you will engage high-value players, tailor services, and coordinate with departments to ensure memorable visits.

The role emphasizes personalized service, guest satisfaction, and maintaining Live!'s high-energy casino environment. Responsibilities include managing VIP promotions, tracking player activity, and supervising Hosts,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
Must obtain and maintain required gaming license per Maryland regulations.

Responsibilities

Work within budget for premium players and VIP promotions.
Maintain visibility on the casino floor to greet guests during visits and events.
Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience by building trust with hosts.
Evaluate play for comping needs and issue comps per policy.
Manage and increase rated play and communicate offers to premium players.
Coordinate communication between guests and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee player promotional plans and review activity with leadership.
Supervise Casino Hosts and participate in departmental meetings.
