Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks an Executive Host to create personalized experiences for our valued guests, driving revenue and loyalty. You will build lasting relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored services to maximize rated play and guest satisfaction on the casino floor.

You will coordinate promotions, communicate with premium players, and supervise casino hosts, contributing to a high-energy, welcoming environment that defines the Live! experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of customer service, marketing, hospitality management or gaming experience.
• 2–4 years of casino marketing experience with direct customer contact preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Maryland licensing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility on the casino floor to meet guests during visits and events.
• Develop trust with guests and ensure a favorable gaming experience.
• Evaluate play for comping needs and issue comps as approved.
• Communicate with premium players regarding services, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate communication between guests and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee and implement player promotional plans and programs.
• Review promotional activities with leadership.
